
Vodafone India has put up a second free Wi-Fi bus shelter in Gurugram, at Sector 14 bus stop.
This initiative follows the high response to Vodafone’s first free Wi-Fi bus shelter at Huda City centre. The free Wi-Fi bus shelter was inaugurated by Deepak Gjehlawat, DCP HQ and Alok Verma, Business Head – Delhi/NCR, Vodafone India.
Both bus stops facilitate free Wi-Fi for upto 20 minutes per day, per user irrespective of the operator. Through these innovative customer focused initiatives, Vodafone aims to help citizens access seamless, technology backed connectivity for smartphone users to enjoy the myriad offerings of mobile internet.
Over the coming months, residents of Delhi/NCR can look forward to more such free Wi-Fi bus shelters powered by Vodafone’s data strong Network. Vodafone Wi-Fi Hot-spots are also available across 116 prime locations of Delhi-NCR, including popular market places/malls, hospitals, colleges, etc. Vodafone is also providing 20 mins of free Wi-Fi service (operator agnostic) at Dilli Haat (INA Market), Khan Market, Fortis Hospital (Gurugram) and all Vodafone Stores across Delhi/NCR.
Additionally, Vodafone customers can avail up to 10 GB of free Wi-Fi quota (for RED Post-paid customers) and free 1GB (for prepaid customers) on recharging with Rs 255 data pack. Customers can check their Wi-Fi pack quota on Wi-Fi section on their My Vodafone App.
