To make the experience of ‘pandal hopping’ during Durga Pujo more enjoyable and convenient, Vodafone has launched a free of cost, Hop-on Hop-off bus service – ‘Vodafone Pandal Express’, for its customers in Kolkata.
Starting on ‘Panchami’, Vodafone customers in the city can be ensured of a worry-free and joyous experience of visiting the pandals on the Vodafone Pandal Express. As part of a special arrangement during the most celebrated festival in the region, Vodafone will offer four AC buses to the pandal hoppers in the city for five days until ‘Navami’ from 12 noon to 4 AM.
These buses will run on four different routes across Kolkata, helping Vodafone customers visit different pandals. Each bus will cover the same route at least eight times in a day enabling thousands of people to enjoy Durga Pujo ceremonies. Vodafone customers can conveniently pre-book their tickets using My Vodafone App to avoid last minute rush. There is no charge for the tickets, but seats will be offered on first come first serve basis.
