Vatika Group has partnered Truecaller, the world’s leading communication platform to make workplace more secure and experiential.
“This is super exciting for us as the tie-up will be a great step towards ensuring efficiency in operations without compromising on privacy. This in no way violates privacy of our customers as it seeks user’s permission to give access to his/her information. Privacy is of utmost concern to us as it runs in our DNA,” said Nami Zarringhalam, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Truecaller.
“Through this collaboration, it has become much easier for the visitors as well as the client as they can confirm whether we would like to meet a particular gentleman or not and make the necessary arrangements at the security level itself,” said Vineet Taing, President, Vatika Business Centre.
Early this year, Vatika Business Centres launched Visitor Management solution in all their centres across India and revolutionized the way workplaces are secure and experiential. The solution enables them to manage incoming and outgoing visitors in an efficient way. Safety and security at workplace is a subject that has taken precedence over everything else for the Vatika Group and Truecaller is proud to partner with them in this endeavour.
With this product integration with the solution provider Veris, an office automation startup and Vatika Business Centres, visitors coming to business centres across India, for a meeting or for delivering couriers, will be able to confirm their identity using the Truecaller’s mobile identity platform.
This is a big leap in Truecaller’s vision to make the mobile number the central identity and enables a smooth and secure customer experience by enabling express check-ins at their centres. It also significantly reduces the dependency only on OTPs, which usually are unreliable and also entails a cost.
The plan is also to expand the scope of this solution to residential and commercial properties at Vatika Group wherever such visitor management systems have been implemented. With the Vatika Group, this will expand to all their properties across India and soon to other countries in Asia Pacific.
