Navin Sharma has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd. with effect from October 27, 2021.
Navin Sharma is a Chartered Accountant with 17 years of experience and has been associated with large manufacturing companies & leading areas of business finance controlling, finance & accounts, customer acquisition, government policy initiatives, reporting, consolidation of financials, corporate taxation, transfer Pricing, financial & tax due diligence, M&A and deal structuring, risk management.
He has rich experience of managing accounting, taxation, PMO & valuation for demerger & merger of listed entities. In his last assignment, he was associated with Sterlite Technologies Limited as CFO – Connectivity Solutions.
