Navdeep Chadha has joined as Regional Sales – Enterprise for India region in the International Strategic Cooperation Department of Ruijie Networks.
Founded in 2000, Ruijie has been building in-depth scenario-oriented application experience through solution design and innovation through self-developed eight product lines, including switches, routers, wireless, cloud class, security, gateways, IT management and authentication & accounting.
He is a techno-business professional with more than15 years of experience in E-commerce, Telecommunications and ICT Industry. In Ruijie, Navdeep will be responsible for strategy & business expansion in the enterprise market and will drive business growth.
Navdeep has proven entrepreneurial and management experience across New Product Development, Process Improvement, Managing Large Team, Operations, Innovation and Marketing for Technology/Internet Products.
Experience in building and managing partnerships for business growth managed technology business in India and SAARC Countries.
Lead a M2M (IoT) integrated Fiber to the Home (FTTH) product rollout project with a team of 125 members to reach 200,000 homes in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.
He also has an entrepreneurial experience of building up a large team, building processes (planning, implementation, IT applications, operation management, NOC, network management), central office infrastructure (17 in number), network (200,000 Home Pass) and ensuring end-to-end service delivery and service assurance. Navdeep has an entrepreneurial drive with business management skills and full ownership to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit performance.
He has worked in companies like ASQUARE, UTStarcom, Reflexions Technologies, Radius Infratel, Radius Synergies, Convergent Communications, ORG Telecom and Logic Eastern (India).
