Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a rent free fixed telephone connection with an existing fixed line connection and landline broadband with 20 GB data offer per day.
In addition to this, rent free fixed telephone will enjoy 25% discount on call charges after 200 MCUs (Metered Call Charges) and 50% discount on call charges beyond 500 MCUS per month. Sunday free calling and night free calling will also be available on rent free fixed line.
Speaking about the scheme, N.K. Mehta, Director (CFA), BSNL said, “With the launch of rent free fixed telephone, BSNL will give excellent voice quality and various value added services using NGN technology. This makes users to take advantage of fixed telephony at discounted tariffs.”
Rent Free Fixed Telephone will be available in all 27 territorial circles and all SSAs from today.
This tariff plan offer 20 GB data per day for landline broadband and unlimited voice calls to any operator any network is Rs. 491 per month.
